Urban Waters’ principal, Jerry Reimer, partnered in 2008 with Scott Semrad to revitalize the fabric of the neighborhood in midtown under the umbrella of Urban Village. They began by taking on extensive renovations to buildings within a six block radius of Midtown Crossing. Today, Urban Village manages 500 apartment homes in midtown. Together, the Urban Waters and Urban Village team are responsible for ensuring wonderful living experiences for over 1,200 residents.
