Urban Waters is an experienced construction, development, and property management team. Our multifamily construction and development experience includes $70 million of rehab projects and $130 million of ground up, new construction in the past ten years. We currently have a $16.8 million new construction project in progress on 204th and Harrison in Omaha. Additionally, the second phase of construction on our master planned 50 acre site located in Papillion, The Bungalows on the Lake at Prairie Queen, is under way.
